Only data from Authorized IJAS Regional Sponsors will be processed. To insure this process an IJAS 11 password is
now required. Contact your Region 11 Chair to get the password. If you
are not an authorized IJAS Sponsor your submission will be ignored. In order to minimize the possibility of the
loss of data only 1 project or paper can be
submitted per form. To enter additional projects/papers, just fill out and submit multiple forms
until all your students have been entered.
Fill out a NEW form for each presentation, you should REPEAT this process as many times as needed for your school.
i.e. if you have 10 projects you will have to fill out and submit this form 10 times, once for each presentation. After submitting the form you may use your WWW browser BACK arrow/button
to help you recall sponsor/school information that is repeated on each form. This way you need change only the student/project information and resubmitting the form saving you retyping
information over multiple times.
Use the pull down menu to select your school information. Report any problems to your Region 11 Chair.
When you have completed filling out this form you must scroll to the
bottom of this form and select the Submit Button or else your information
will not be sent.
